Doug has been a full time Sacramento Area Realtor for over 40 years.  He owned his own real estate firm for many years and has had management and training positions with two others.   He is a Top 10% Agent, and over 90% of his business comes from repeat clients and referrals.  He is a Presidential Life Member and the Past President of the Sacramento Masters Club, an organization of top-selling Realtors.  Doug has severed on the board of directors for the California Association of Realtors for over 20 years, is the 2011 Past President of the Sacramento Association of Realtors, who awarded him Realtor of the year in 2008, and the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2020.    There are many situations that can arise in a real estate transaction, and Doug has helped Buyers and Sellers navigate through thousands of them.
